Buzz Wiesenfeld has been helping people resolve disputes for over 18 years. He started full time dispute resolution practice in 1993, after an 18-year trial law career (MH "av"; ABOTA,1989). He has mediated/arbitrated over 4,000 matters. 

Buzz is an experienced and accomplished mediator, recognized for his capacity to listen and calm persistence in helping parties craft wise and mutually satisfying agreements. He tailors mediations to the particular needs of each case and its participants.

SACRAMENTO MEDIATOR | SACRAMENTO CONFLICT RESOLUTION | SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Buzz Wiesenfeld is a mediator, arbitrator, facilitator and attorney who is experienced in bringing conflicting parties together in neutral surroundings to facilitate settlements and solutions for any issue in order to avoid the intervention of a judge or protracted litigation. Buzz is mediator with expertise in conflict management, negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and facilitating solutions for any type of dispute or emotional issue in a friendly and impartial environment.

In The Resolution Arts Building each conflicting party will be provided a private meeting room to confer with a lawyer or other counsel. Buzz will facilitate negotiations and mediate with the goal of reaching an agreement between the two disputing parties to finalize a settlement or solution to the conflict. Our mediators and agents are under confidentiality agreements and are experienced in settling disputes.
